Hi, I'm Kristina — vintage collector, plant mama, wellness explorer, and lifelong thrifter. But more than that, I'm someone who's always believed that the things we surround ourselves with tell a story. And honestly? The best stories are the ones that have already been lived.

Sprout & Sage Vintage Co. was born from a simple truth: I couldn't walk past a flea market without wondering about the hands that once held that brass candlestick, or the table where those etched goblets clinked together in celebration. Every piece whispered a history, and I wanted to be part of keeping those stories alive.

What started as weekend flea market runs and estate sale treasure hunts slowly grew into something bigger — a curated collection of brass, glass, and nostalgic home goods that I handpick with intention. I'm drawn to pieces from the mid-century era and the boho revival of the '70s, times when design felt both functional and soulful. There's a warmth to these decades that modern mass production just can't replicate.

Why "Sprout & Sage"?

The name reflects my belief in growth and wisdom. Sprout represents new beginnings — the idea that old things can take root in new spaces and bloom again. Sage honors the wisdom these pieces carry, the patina of time, and the grounding energy they bring to a home.

My sourcing philosophy

I don't just buy vintage — I curate it. Every piece I bring into the shop has been chosen because it made me pause. I look for quality craftsmanship, unique character, and that ineffable something that makes you want to pick it up and bring it home.

I spend my weekends driving to estate sales across Oklahoma, digging through dusty antique malls, and building relationships with fellow collectors. It's treasure hunting as a love language, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
