We have a 3 business day handling time to prep and pack plants safely before they ship. You’ll receive tracking once your plant package is on the way.

Yes. Plants ship separately from vintage items and other products to protect them in transit. If your cart includes both plants and non-plant items, you may receive multiple packages and tracking numbers.

Because plants ship separately, shipping may be calculated separately at checkout depending on what’s in your cart. The goal is to keep plants protected while keeping shipping as fair as possible.

We pack plants with protective materials designed to reduce movement, prevent soil spills, and limit damage to leaves and stems during transit. Each plant is prepped specifically for shipping so it arrives in the best condition possible.

Unbox your plant as soon as possible, remove packing materials, and let it settle in bright, indirect light for a few days. It’s normal for shipped plants to look a little tired at first. Most perk up after they acclimate.

If your plant arrives with significant damage, contact us promptly with photos of the plant and packaging so we can help. We’ll work with you to make it right when issues occur in transit.
